Psychedelics & Coaching
My approach to coaching & psychedelics offers you a space where I can help you prepare for an experience, retreat or microdosing schedule, and how to integrate what you have learnt into your daily life.
After a psychedelic experience, we have a unique opportunity for real, lasting change. But to claim it, we need to do the work. “After the ecstasy, the laundry”, as renowned meditation teacher Jack Kornfield says. Psychedelics are no magic pills, and no matter how rewarding the experience, it’s our ability to integrate it into our life that will determine its impact.
Otherwise known as the 'Depatterning factor,' a natural phenomenon observed by Samorini, during times of crisis or rapid change in a species, novel behaviours generated by psychedelics may be adaptive and aid with loosening cognitive constraints, potentially leading to the forging of new mental pathways.
Psychedelic journeys are intense. Our consciousness is altered. Repressed emotions may rise to the surface. We may relive traumatic memories. We may experience ego dissolution or universal consciousness.
It can feel impossible to find words to describe your experience but finding words will be exactly what will help you make sense of what happened.
And that's where I come in...
